About
I spent over twenty years building a successful software company that was focused in the agriculture industry. Working for a start-up company provided a broad and varied exposure to all sorts of things a horticulture major never could have anticipated. I have been a sales person, a software designer and tester, a contract writer, a logistics coordinator, and a project manager--sometimes several of those at one time! I have led teams of talented people through profesisonal change, led classes of exploration and growth, and walked alongside dozens of individuals as they create shifts in their life.
I'm an enneagram 8, a survivor, a pragmatic nerd, a tattoo lover, and a sober person.
Every coaching partnership brings something unique and special but I have a particular affinity for people going through transitional seasons. Whether it's navigating a major life shift or working to reach a different career level, I am experienced at navigating those particular seasons and really enjoy the process. Watching clients transform
themselves into a better, more healthy version of themselves is a gift that I am honored to witness.
There's not much I could put in this bio that isn't on my Linked In page or littered around the internet that will ensure that I'm the right coach for you or that you're the right client for me.
We'll have to take a risk and have a conversation.
I'm looking forward to it.

I worship the Creator alongside the Peak Church community, am a mom of two, and a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion. None of us is free until all of us are free. You may see me walking with my husband Kris or working in many gardens around town. I am also a writer (you can find some of my work at www.sucar.blogspot.com).
